We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience. If your accounting department requires a formal invoice for bank transfers or internal records, we are happy to provide one upon request.

An interaction is a single session of engagement. Think of it as a Pay-per-Result model. Whether a customer opens your coupon, plays a spin-wheel game, and then saves it to their phone—that entire journey counts as only 1 interaction. We don't charge you for every click, just for the successful engagement.

The quotas are measured on a monthly basis and reset to zero on the first day of a new month.

- Coupons: A user opens, claims, and validates a coupon.
- Gamification: A user opens a Spin-Wheel, plays the game, and saves the prize.
- Loyalty: A user receives points or a stamp on their digital card.
- API: A single call to create or validate a coupon via your own app.

The choice depends on whether you are managing a single brand or multiple clients:

SMB (Small Business) Plans: Designed for single businesses. You can add up to 2 logos, making it perfect for a single brand with a consistent identity across all campaigns.

Agency Plans: Built for professionals managing multiple brands. If you need to create coupons for different clients, each with their own unique branding, you need an Agency license.

Agency Lite: Includes full white-labeling, allowing you to remove our branding and present the campaigns as your own.

Agency Pro: Our most powerful tier. It includes sub-accounts, giving your clients their own dedicated login to manage their campaigns, view real-time statistics, and update content independently.

You do. All customer data, claim statistics, and lead information collected through your coupons and loyalty cards belong entirely to you. You can export your data as a CSV or Excel file at any time, and we never share your data with third parties.

Of course you can. If you ever decide that Coupontools isn't the best coupon solution for your business, you can simply cancel the account payments within the control panel.

Our interaction limit is directly tied to the number of active campaigns in your package. We follow a simple 1:1000 ratio. For every 1 campaign included in your plan, you receive 1,000 user interactions per calendar month. When you add a campaign to your subscription, your monthly interaction quota increases by 1,000 immediately.

We never shut down your campaigns! To ensure your marketing remains active, we allow you to go over your limit. You will receive automated email warnings when you reach 80%, 90%, and 100% of your usage. If you exceed your limit, the over-usage will be billed at your plan's specific rate on your next invoice. You can always track your real-time usage in your dashboard to avoid surprises.

Interactions are pooled across your entire account. For example, if your Agency license includes 5 campaigns and a total of 5,000 interactions, we look at your total usage, not individual campaign performance. If one campaign uses 4,000 interactions and another uses 0, you are still within your limit and will not be overcharged. We give you the flexibility to use your interactions where they perform best.
